01 Acceptance of terms
Welcome to Auto ISP Billing. By accessing or using our ISP billing and management software platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User,” “ISP,” or “Customer”) and Auto ISP Billing (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
02 Service description
Auto ISP Billing provides a comprehensive software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for internet service providers, including:
- Customer billing and invoicing automation
- Customer application form (CAF) processing
- Payment gateway integration (Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue)
- SMS and WhatsApp notification services
- MikroTik, RADIUS, Cisco, and Ubiquiti network integration
- Customer portal and self-service features
- Employee management and tracking
- Reports, analytics, and business intelligence
- Automated renewal and expiry management
03 Account registration and eligibility
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use our Service. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3.2 Account creation
To use Auto ISP Billing, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
3.3 Account types
- Admin account: Full access to all features for ISP management
- Employee account: Limited access based on assigned permissions
- Customer account: Self-service portal for end customers
04 Subscription plans and pricing
4.1 Subscription packages
We offer various subscription packages based on customer limits:
- Starter Plan: Up to 100 customers
- Growth Plan: Up to 500 customers
- Professional Plan: Up to 2000 customers
- Enterprise Plan: Up to 5000 customers
- Unlimited Plan: No customer limit
4.2 Pricing and payment
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice
- All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
- Taxes (GST) are additional and calculated based on your location
- Payment must be made via approved payment methods
4.3 Free trial
We may offer a free trial period for new users. Trial accounts have limited features and customer limits. No payment information is required during the trial period.
05 User responsibilities and acceptable use
5.1 Permitted use
You may use Auto ISP Billing solely for:
- Managing your legitimate ISP business operations
- Billing and invoicing your customers
- Integrating with your network equipment
- Generating reports and analytics
5.2 Prohibited activities
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Resell or redistribute our Service without authorisation
- Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Collect user data without proper consent
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
06 Data ownership and usage
6.1 Your data
You retain all rights to the data you input into Auto ISP Billing, including customer information, billing records, and business data. We do not claim ownership of your data.
6.2 Our rights
You grant us a limited licence to:
- Store and process your data to provide the Service
- Use aggregated, anonymised data for analytics and improvements
- Back up your data for disaster recovery purposes
6.3 Data export
You may export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF). Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
07 Service availability and support
7.1 Uptime guarantee
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
7.2 Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
7.3 Support
- Email support: Available for all plans (response within 24 hours)
- Phone support: Available for Professional and Enterprise plans
- WhatsApp support: Available for urgent issues
- Priority support: Available for Enterprise plans (response within 4 hours)
08 Intellectual property rights
8.1 Our property
Auto ISP Billing, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8.2 Licence grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Auto ISP Billing during your subscription period, subject to these Terms.
09 Third-party integrations
Auto ISP Billing integrates with third-party services (payment gateways, SMS providers, network equipment). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service failures or data breaches.
10 Termination
10.1 Termination by you
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
10.2 Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Abuse or misuse the Service
10.3 Effect of termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- You have 30 days to export your data
- After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
- Outstanding fees remain due and payable
11 Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Auto ISP Billing is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss due to your actions or third-party failures
- We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto ISP Billing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Service
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Your customer data or business practices
13 Dispute resolution
13.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
13.2 Arbitration
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
14 Modifications to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:
- Email notification to your registered email
- Prominent notice on the platform
- In-app notification
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15 General provisions
15.1 Entire agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Auto ISP Billing.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
