Important: Auto ISP Billing is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. As a digital service, refunds are handled differently than physical products. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

01 Overview

At Auto ISP Billing, we strive to provide the best ISP management software and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting them.

By subscribing to Auto ISP Billing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

02 Free trial period

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to evaluate our platform before committing to a paid subscription.

2.1 Trial features

  • Access to all core features
  • Limited to 10 test customers
  • No payment information required
  • No automatic billing after trial ends
  • Full technical support during trial

2.2 Trial conversion

After the trial period, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan. Your trial data will be retained and accessible in your paid account.

03 Refund eligibility

3.1 30-Day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with Auto ISP Billing within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund.

Conditions for 30-day refund:

  • Must be a first-time paid subscriber
  • Request must be made within 30 days of initial payment
  • Applies to monthly or annual subscriptions
  • Does not apply to renewal payments
  • Account must not have violated Terms of Service

3.2 Service failure refunds

You may be eligible for a prorated refund if:

  • Extended downtime: Platform is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • Critical feature failure: Core billing or payment features are non-functional for more than 72 hours
  • Data loss: We are unable to restore your data due to our system failure (rare, as we maintain multiple backups)

3.3 Billing errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing system error, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge within 5-7 business days.

04 Non-refundable situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Renewal payments: Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable
  • Partial month usage: No prorated refunds for partial month cancellations
  • Change of mind: After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are not issued for change of mind
  • Lack of usage: Not using the platform does not qualify for a refund
  • Feature expectations: Refunds are not issued if the platform doesn’t meet your specific expectations (use the free trial to evaluate)
  • Third-party costs: Costs for third-party services (SMS, WhatsApp, payment gateway fees) are non-refundable
  • Terms violation: Accounts suspended or terminated for violating Terms of Service
  • Upgrade/downgrade: Changing subscription plans does not qualify for refunds

05 Subscription cancellation

5.1 How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Contacting support at support@autoispbilling.com
  • Calling +91-9826384268

5.2 Cancellation effect

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access until the paid period expires
  • No refund for the remaining days in the current billing period
  • Automatic renewal is disabled
  • You have 30 days to export your data after cancellation

5.3 Reactivation

You can reactivate your account within 90 days of cancellation. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

06 Refund request process

6.1 How to request a refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email support@autoispbilling.com with subject “Refund Request”
  2. Include your account details (Company ID, Admin ID, registered email)
  3. Provide reason for refund request
  4. Include transaction ID or payment receipt
  5. Specify preferred refund method

6.2 Refund processing time

  • Review period: 2-3 business days to review your request
  • Approval notification: Email confirmation if approved
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days for refund to be processed
  • Bank credit: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your bank

6.3 Refund methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the same card
  • UPI: Refunded to the same UPI ID
  • Net Banking: Refunded to the same bank account
  • Wallet: Refunded to the same wallet

07 Upgrade and downgrade policy

7.1 Upgrading your plan

  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • You are charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period
  • New customer limits apply immediately

7.2 Downgrading your plan

  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • No refund for the difference in the current billing period
  • You must reduce customers to fit the new plan limit before downgrade

08 Chargebacks and disputes

8.1 Chargeback policy

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We will provide transaction evidence to your bank
  • Chargeback fees may be charged to your account
  • Account reactivation requires payment of outstanding amounts plus chargeback fees

8.2 Dispute resolution

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us at support@autoispbilling.com. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly.

09 Special circumstances

9.1 Technical issues

If you experience technical issues preventing platform use:

  • Contact support immediately at +91-9826384268
  • We will work to resolve the issue within 24-48 hours
  • If unresolved, you may be eligible for a prorated refund

9.2 Force majeure

Refunds are not provided for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, etc.).

10 Annual subscription refunds

Annual subscriptions receive a discount compared to monthly billing. Refund terms for annual subscriptions:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund under money-back guarantee
  • After 30 days: No refunds for annual subscriptions
  • Cancellation: Access continues until the annual period ends
  • No prorating: No prorated refunds for unused months

11 Add-on services

Refunds for add-on services (additional SMS credits, WhatsApp credits, etc.):

  • Unused credits are non-refundable
  • Credits remain valid for 12 months from purchase
  • Credits are transferable if you upgrade plans
  • Credits are forfeited upon account closure

12 Exceptions and special cases

We may consider refund requests outside this policy on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Contact us at support@autoispbilling.com to discuss your situation.

13 Policy changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via:

  • Email notification to registered users
  • Prominent notice on the platform
  • Updated policy page with revision date

Changes do not apply retroactively to subscriptions purchased before the change.
