Delete your account & data

Submit a request below to permanently delete your Auto ISP Billing account, mobile app data and the personal information we hold about you. This page is provided in compliance with the Google Play data deletion requirement and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What will be deleted

When your request is processed, the following information is permanently removed from our active systems within 7 working days:

Heads-up: deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose access to past invoices and complaint history. If you only want to stop receiving notifications, ask your ISP to mark you "Opted out" instead.

What happens after you submit

  1. You receive an automated confirmation email immediately.
  2. Within 1 working day, our support team emails you a verification link.
  3. Once verified, your account is deleted within 7 working days.
  4. Anonymised financial records (invoices and payments) are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law — these contain no personally identifiable information after deletion.
  5. You receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete.
